3 Easy Steps to a Clean Pellet Heater

We all know cleaning is a tough job, but not when you have the CORRECT TOOLS!

Cleaning a pellet heater is quite simple. Here is how you can do it in 3 easy steps.

1. Ensure your pellet heater is TURNED OFF, and allow It to fully COOL DOWN. Open the door, remove ash tray and burn pot. The ash can be place on your garden beds and will act as a fertiliser. Make sure there are no pellets lodged in the burn pot and all ventilation holes are clear.

2. Use and old vacuum cleaner (not household one) to suck up all the excess ash. HANDY TIP: use a stiff paint brush to get in all the grooves and corners where the ash may be hiding

3. Although the glass is self cleaning, it will need a good wipe from the inside. Simply use a damp paper towel to wipe away black ash and follow with a dry rag – it will quickly look as new. Never scrape at glass or use spray chemicals as it will tarnish the glass.

HANDY TIP: It is always beneficial to wear gloves and a dust protection mask when cleaning inside Pellet Heater.

GOOD-JOB!! It is as easy as 1, 2, 3

Pop the ashtray back inside the pellet heater and you are good to go. We recommend performing this clean once a week if you are using your pellet heater every day.
